How it works

From WhatsApp to doctor in four easy steps

  1. 1

    Message or call

WhatsApp 024 318 6620 with who's coming and why. Calls are fine too.

  2. 2

    Get your slot

We confirm a time by message and send a reminder two hours before.

  3. 3

    Quick check-in

Bring your Ghana Card and NHIS or insurance card. A nurse checks weight, temperature and blood pressure while the kids use the play corner.

  4. 4

    See your doctor

Tests are done on site if needed. Results and follow-up dates come to your phone.

NHIS & insurance

NHIS and private insurance both welcome

Show your card at check-in and we'll confirm your cover before you see the doctor. If something isn't covered, you'll know the price first.
