I booked a 7:30 pm slot from my desk at lunchtime and was home in time for bedtime. Dr. Agbeko sent my daughter's blood results on WhatsApp before school the next morning.
Three boys means a lot of coughs. Since we joined the Glow plan I bring them in at the first sign of trouble instead of doing the maths on consultation fees.
My mother lives with us and has high blood pressure. Dr. Lamptey sees her on the same Saturday morning as the children's check-ups. One trip and everyone is done.

One yearly fee. Stop counting doctor visits.
With little ones, a cough on Monday can become three visits by Friday. Our Family Health Plans cover consultations for everyone on the plan, so you bring them in early instead of waiting to see if it passes.
Plans start at GH₵ 2,400 a year and can be paid in monthly mobile money instalments. Grandparents can join too.

Before your first visit
Can I walk in after work without booking?
Yes, until 8:00 pm on weekdays. Booked evening slots are seen first, so a quick WhatsApp in the afternoon saves you a wait.
Do you accept NHIS?
Yes. We're NHIS-accredited for GP and children's consultations and for medicines on the NHIS list. Anything outside the NHIS benefit package is priced and agreed with you first.
How much is a visit without insurance or a plan?
A GP consultation is GH₵ 350 and a consultation with our paediatrician is GH₵ 400. Lab tests and medicines are quoted before anything is done.
From what age do you see children?
From the first week of life. Newborn checks, jaundice reviews, weighing and vaccines are all done here.
How can I pay?
Mobile money on all networks, Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer or cash. Plan instalments can be set up as a monthly MoMo payment.
